Caress [1] in pRO servers but termed as Keris [1] in iRO--is a dagger type weapon that can me made through a quest on Dewata island. The weapon can be further enhanced with specific features such as additional stats, MaTK, ATK, +HP, etc., similar to how we enchant armors. The hard part of the quest would be hunting down Comodo Leather in dew_fild02 but aside from that it’s very easy.

Quests: Finished Step 7 of Dewata Legend Quest
1. Speak with Gatti (dew_fild01, 127 240) near the gate of the Jati Tribe entrance and just by the river banks. He seems to be lost and needs to know where he is.
2. Gatti doesn't know the name of the place. Answer "Dewata Island" when he asks. After that, he will laugh at you and say you're crazy. He will check whether you have been certified by the Jati Tribe, so you need to have received a Shining Feather of Cendrawasih/finished that part of Legend Quest to proceed. It’s also not necessary to have the item on your inventory.
3. Gatti will then tell you about an old lost blue print of a traditional weapon he found in Dewata. He will ask you to gather 100 Comodo Leather to create it. So it is also important to have access in Krakatu Volcano (dew_dun02) to Hunt Comodo Leather. Be careful because the map hosts a MVP Leak can pretty be nasty when hunting alone.
4. Speak to him after collecting the required number of item and he will just create a handle of the weapon from the items you gathered. Obtain a Keris Hilt. Do not lose the Hilt or you have to repeat step 3.
5. talk to Getti again and he will ask you to bring 100 Comodo Leather, 20 Steel and 10 Oridecon.
6. Bring the items including the Keris Hilt to Gatti and he will finalize the weapon. Receive a Keris [1].
- Adds a 2% chance to restore 10% of the damage dealt as HP to the user with each physical attack.
Weapon Enhancement
talk to Getti and he will ask about the previous weapon he made. Choose the option of reinforcing the Weapon. Also, when enchanting the weapon the same principle applies with armor enchantment. There will be chances of failing and ruining the Caress [1].
Here’s what I had with my first try of enchanting. Success rate and enhancement chances are still unknown though. Below is the list of possible enchantments.

Making Another Weapon
After you've done the initial quest, you can create as many you as wish. Just to talk to Whitesmith Gatti and bring him the required materials.1. Talk to him after you've done the initial quest. Tell him you need another weapon.
2. He will then ask you to collect 50 Comodo Leathers and 1 Log to create a new hilt.
3. To finish the weapon, he ask you to collect 70 Comodo Leathers, 20 Steel and 10 Oridecons.
- You can make more than 1 hilt as long as you don't have it on your inventory. To finish the weapon, same procedure applies.
