Capital province of Ilocos Sur province and dubbed as a World Heritage being one the few Hispanic towns left in the Philippines--Vigan City. Located on the western coast of the large island of Luzon, the City faces the South China Sea and 408 km from Manila with approximately eight-hour ride by land. It’s a great tourist destination venue that lets you feel you were time space warped in the past reliving the rustic feel of life during the Hispanic era and having you experience the familiarity of beautiful vintage Philippines. Official website of Vigan City.
